====== Reboot loop problem with old firmware ====== [[:Troubleshooting|Go back to all troubleshooting topics]] **Affected models & firmware:** * HDHomeRun PRIME running 20130117 or older firmware. * HDHomeRun DUAL running 20141124 or older firmware. **Solution:** - Download the latest software: - Windows: **http://download.silicondust.com/hdhomerun/hdhomerun_windows.exe** - Mac: **http://download.silicondust.com/hdhomerun/hdhomerun_mac.dmg** - Unplug the WAN port on your home router so internet goes down (but your home network is still working). The HDHomeRun should now stay up correctly. - Run the installer so it upgrades the firmware in the HDHomeRun. - Attach the WAN port again so internet comes back. {{tag>troubleshooting legacy}}
