Symptom: The HDHomeRun FLEX works when there is no USB drive connected, reboots repeatedly when the USB drive is connected (immediately or only when recording).

Possibility 1: Some NVMe USB 3.1/3.2 drives draw more than 1A which is only allowed when connected to a USB 3.1/3.2 port. Drawing more than 1A is not allowed when connected to a USB 2.0/3.0 port.</description>
